In greek mythology, Pandora was the first human created by Hephaestus and Athena, following Zeus instructions.
According to the myth, Pandora opened a jar releasing all the evils of humanity—although the particular evils, aside from plagues and diseases, are not specified in detail—leaving only Hope inside once she had closed it again.
I made this illustration thinking about this amazing myth just because I love the old stories from that times
